If you're here, chances are you or someone you love is dealing with a medical situation that doesn't sit right — a diagnosis that doesn't add up, records that don't match, or a care team that isn't listening. I've been exactly where you are. This page explains how I work so you know what to expect before we ever speak.
What I Actually Do
I help patients and caregivers make sense of complex medical situations. I review records, identify discrepancies, organize timelines, research conditions, and build the kind of clear, evidence-based documentation that gets physicians to pay attention. Think of me as the analyst in your corner — someone who reads every page, catches what others miss, and helps you walk into appointments prepared.
My background is in procurement contract analysis and methods analysis — over 40 years of work where my job was to read dense documents, find errors, and hold institutions accountable. I apply those same skills to healthcare, because the stakes are even higher.
What this is — and what it isn't
This is the most important section on this page. Please read it carefully.

Provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
-
Tell you to start, stop, or change any medication or treatment

-
Guarantee any medical or legal outcome
I am not a physician, nurse, or licensed medical professional. Everything I provide is informational and educational. My work is designed to help you have better, more informed conversations with your medical team — not to replace those conversations.
How the process works
1
Free Discovery Call
We start with a 30-minute phone or video call — no cost, no obligation. You tell me what's going on, I listen carefully, and I let you know honestly whether and how I can help. If I'm not the right fit, I'll tell you that too and point you somewhere better.
2
Records & Information Gathering
If we decide to work together, you share the relevant medical records, lab results, imaging reports, and anything else that's part of the picture. The more complete the information, the more thorough my analysis.
3
Analysis & Documentation
I go through everything — line by line. I build a clear timeline, flag discrepancies, research the medical literature, and produce organized documentation you can actually use. No jargon, no filler, just a clear picture of what the records show.
4
Review & Preparation
We walk through my findings together. I help you understand what I found, what questions to ask your doctors, and how to present your concerns in a way that gets taken seriously. You go into your next appointment prepared — not overwhelmed.
Why this matters
Medical records contain errors more often than most people realize
Patient IDs get mixed up. Lab results get misinterpreted. Diagnoses get repeated from chart to chart without anyone going back to verify the original finding. Most patients never look at their own records closely enough to catch these things. I do — because I've lived through what happens when nobody does.
What To Have Ready
For our discovery call, you don't need to prepare anything formal. Just come ready to tell me what's happening.
That said, if you have any of the following nearby, they can help us make the most of our 30 minutes together: key medical records or pathology reports, recent lab results or imaging reports, a written timeline of events (even rough notes), and any correspondence with your medical team that's relevant.
Don't worry if you don't have these organized yet — helping you get organized is part of what I do.
Your Privacy
Everything you share with me is kept strictly confidential. I will never disclose your information to any third party without your explicit written consent. Your medical situation is your story to tell — my job is to help you tell it clearly, not to tell it for you.
